The Downtown Niagara Falls Business Improvement Area (BIA) looks after marketing, economic development, events, and beautification of the downtown area. They help support over 129 local businesses through these efforts in hopes of increasing foot traffic. As a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator for the BIA, I art directed these two social media videos promoting products from the local businesses. These were produced during the pandemic, so the focus was on supporting local, even if that means from the comfort of your home.
